Office and Warehouse Relocation – Matraville

We relocated a 5000 square meter warehouse including the showroom and offices. We palletised all the stock in order (3800 pallets in total) and transported them to the new location. We dismantled, transported and installed the pallet racking. Once everything was out of the old premises, we cleaned up and patched up every inch for make good, ready for re-rental. This included electrical service, re-painting, cleaning of carpet, warehouse, office, garden area and all amenities. We also ensured all fire hydrants, extinguishers, smoke alarms and all electronic doors were working prior to inspection, and we disposed of all waste appropriately. At the new location, we helped set up the showrooms and offices and we re-stocked the warehouse racks with the product in an orderly fashion. Finally, we had our IT specialists get all the IT and phone systems up and running.
